Alterazioni Video – Notes for an Unfinished Park
Performance video and main actor, filmed during a two-week residency in Sardinia

I served as the principal performer in the central video project of Alterazioni Video’s Notes for an Unfinished Park, realized during a two‑week on-site residency at Sardinia’s iconic Nuoro Palasport ruin. Set against the majestic skeletal remains of the unfinished indoor stadium, the film unfolds as both a cinematic fiction and a “making-of” reality—blending surreal narratives, site-specific rituals, and performative interventions. 
The film navigates parallel planes: one imaginary and magical, in which time seems suspended; the other grounded in the process of formation—highlighting the coexistence of failure and poetic potential within abandoned architecture. As main actor, I embodied a character whose movement across the structure blurred the boundary between actor and environment, voice and material. 

This work is part of Alterazioni Video’s long-term engagement with the Incompiuto concept—redefining Italian unfinished public works as active cultural sites through film, performance, and participatory storytelling.
